While we are experiencing the Covid-19 outbreak, clients are no longer required to wear a high-quality face mask during your session, you may request your practitioner wear a mask at any time. All of our staff is fully vaccinated. We follow all CDC guidelines for Covid-19 in a massage setting.
We are grateful for gratuity though they are not expected, our therapists are all well compensated for their excellent work. If you choose to leave a gratuity, the full amount will go directly to your therapist.
Payments can be made with cash, check, or credit card. (Check and Credit Card will incur an 9.025% sales tax). If you bring in or email a prescription or medical referral for massage (from a medical doctor, therapist, acupuncturist, physical therapist, or chiropractor) we will not be required to charge sales tax.
All payments are due at the time of service or booking, payments made after time of service (e.g. billing insurance company) will be billed at $60/15min. The cost of the massage is based on the time booked. If you arrive at your appointment late, your end time and cost will remain the same.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24hr cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment prior to 24hrs there will be no fee. After this time, we charge 50% of the cost of the appointment. IF you are more than 15 min late to your appointment (without contacting your practitioner) it will be seen as forfeited and we will charge the full cost of the appointment. Exceptions to this policy MAY be made for medical/family emerengcies or weather if MPS cancels school.
